Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure, confidential video platform.
These appointments attract the same Medicare rebates as face-to-face sessions if you hold a valid referral and have had a recent in-person consultation (as per current Medicare requirements).

On your appointment day –

  • Find a quiet, private space with minimal background noise.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and test your device beforehand.
  • Have a list of your current medications and relevant medical history ready.
  • If possible, keep a notepad nearby for questions or key points to remember.

Cancellations and Non-Attendance

We understand that plans can change.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may attract a late cancellation fee (no Medicare rebate). Timely notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.
